French based International Company that competes in the premium segment of the Home fragrance market is looking for their VP Sales and Marketing Manager.
The VP Sales Manager is responsible for:
- Lead Development / Implementation of strategic and annual business plan including revenue and profit goals.
- Manage the development of the company Sales & Marketing U.S. strategy / Identify new distribution and marketing opportunities
- Lead / Recruit / Train high performance sales team of independent agencies
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs
- Direct all customer-facing activities, including order management, customer care communication and the customer fulfillment process (currently a staff of 3 CSR)
- Ensure that the brand is optimally represented with high merchandising standards and a focus on quality across all touch points
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s operations including financial, logistics, sales support, marketing and human resources
Candidate Profile:
- 8-10 years of sales management experience in top-tier branded consumer goods / fashion / retail companies in industries
- In-depth understanding of the sale and distribution of luxury / premium brands in North America, experience managing multiple distribution channels
- Proven track record of managing a sales organization in a high growth situation
- Hold a leadership position in a large operation or may already be running a smaller more entrepreneurial company
- High energy level and a take-charge orientation
Education:
An undergraduate degree is required.

50% Travel
Location: New Jersey
Compensation: An attractive package including base salary, annual performance bonus and benefits has been designed to attract top candidates.
